PENNY DREADFUL Once, Sir Malcolm Murray was the very ideal of the virile Victoian gentleman. He was wealthy, respected, had a devoted wife and two lovely children, and devoted much of his time and fortune to exploring and hunting on the so-called "Dark Continent" of Africa. Unfortunately, below the surface, Sir Malcolm's neglect of his loved ones in favor of his adventures cost his son his life while joining his father on an expedition and allowed his daughter Mina to be taken in by mysterious, deadly supernatural creatures. Embroiled in a battle between forces beyond human comprehension, Sir Malcolm now dedicates his life to standing against the evils that would destroy or subjugate the world and the people of it, all while battling the inner demons that he knows will haunt him forever. |
Sir Malcolm's default canon point immediately precedes the events of the first season of the series, but this is flexible. I can play in action or prose, past or present tense, as needed. I'm not the fastest tagger, but will happily backtag a thread forever, so don't worry when RL gets in the way.
